Once Louloubear Chewelry ships out your package through Canada Post, your package is now in the property of Canada Post. Louloubear Chewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Lost packages must be filed with Canada Post. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
 

Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Reports of damages must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
