Wood and Silicone are both naturally antimicrobial products! 

Wash clean with warm soapy water, rinse and pat or lay flat to dry. DO NOT put in dishwasher, sanitizer or freezer. Do not submerge wooden components in water. 

Always supervise children while using products that contain small parts. 

Natural wood in the beads and rings can crack or break with forceful impact or improper handling, including prolonged exposure to water and moisture. If you notice wear or breakage, DO NOT give the item to your little one and dispose. Please review our return and exchange policy.

Our products are independently safety tested by a recognized 3rd party laboratory testing facility to meet the Consumer Product Safety Commission requirements. 

Once Louloubear Chewlery ships out your package through Canada Post, your package is now in the property of Canada Post. Louloubear Chewlery is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Lost packages must be filed with Canada Post. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
 

Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Reports of damages must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
